Questions brands ask
How long is a booth kept for me?
Once your phone is verified, the booth you chose is held for 15 minutes, and you can extend the hold once by 5 minutes. When a bazaar reviews requests first, choosing a booth sends a request instead, and you have 48 hours to pay once it is approved.
Why do I need to verify my phone?
A verified mobile number is needed before you can hold a booth. We send a 6-digit code to your mobile; your email is used for receipts and account recovery.
When is my booking confirmed?
Only when the payment provider confirms your payment to us. If you close the payment page early, your booking page updates as soon as that confirmation arrives.
Can I cancel a paid booking?
Paid bookings cannot be cancelled from your account. Contact Dazzify to request a cancellation; it follows the bazaar’s published cancellation policy.
